Why We Built Our Own Product
Zunderdog was founded on the conviction that enterprise-grade engineering shouldn't remain exclusive to enterprise giants. We've spent years building custom software for founders and CXOs who needed that level of engineering depth applied to their own operations.
Along the way, we kept encountering the same structural problem inside manufacturing and distribution businesses: dealer orders scattered across WhatsApp, calls and email, with no governance layer between the dealer and the ERP. Rather than treat that as a one-off client brief, we built ZunderFlow to solve it as a product. It runs on the same principles and stack we use for client work. We know what it takes to ship a SaaS product that scales because we have done it ourselves.

The Team Behind It
ZunderFlow isn't a solo project. It's built and maintained by Zunderdog's engineering team, operating out of Goa since 2021 and now trusted by 100+ clients across India, Japan and the USA.
That team is led by Zubin Souza, Zunderdog's founder, who spent more than 15 years at global technology leaders before starting the company. He played a pivotal role in the eBay-PayPal demerger in the US, helped scale platforms at Freshworks ahead of India's first SaaS IPO on NASDAQ (earning recognition in the “Freshworks Mafia” by Inc42), led a core product vertical at MoEngage and re-engineered critical database architecture at the State Bank of India.
