Cookie Policy

Effective Date: 23rd October 2026

Version: 2.1

Zunderdog LLP ('we,' 'our' or 'us') uses cookies and similar technologies on www.zunderdog.com ('Website') only for the purposes below. This policy explains what they are, which ones we use and how you can change your choice. It goes with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Other tools do a similar job, such as your browser's local storage and session storage. We call them all cookies here. They can be first-party (set by our Website) or third-party (set by a provider we use).

2. Your Choice

  • The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you answer, none of the analytics cookies in section 3 are set. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and you can still use the whole Website if you reject.
  • Change your mind at any time with , here or in the footer of our pages. If you reject after accepting we remove the analytics cookies on this site's own domain and reload the page. Cookies that Google or Microsoft keep on their own domains can only be removed in your browser settings (section 5).
  • We remember your choice for up to 12 months in your browser's local storage and then ask again.

3. What Gets Stored on Your Device

Things the Website remembers when you use it

These remember what you did on the Website. They are not used to track you around the web or to measure how the site is used.

zunderdog_cookie_consentLocal storageRemembers your cookie choiceAsked again after 12 months
zunderdog_popup_suppressed_untilLocal storageRemembers that you saw or closed our enquiry pop-up so it does not keep appearing. The pop-up stays away for 7 days after you last saw or closed it, or after you last opened one of our careers pages7 days

Analytics (only if you accept)

These show us how people find and use the Website so we can improve it. Both tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which itself loads only after you accept.

Lifetimes are the providers' own defaults and can change. Google Analytics 4 is set not to use this data for advertising.

Advertising and targeting

We run no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels of our own. The Microsoft cookie MUID above is also used by Microsoft for its own purposes, which is why it sits behind your consent. If we ever add advertising cookies we will ask you first and update this page.

Speed measurement

Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load for a sample of visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. It runs whatever you choose.

Embedded content

  • Google Maps on the contact page and the Goa page loads only when you click "Show the map". Then Google may set its own cookies.
  • Calendly on the founder's consultation page (/founder/consult) loads the moment that page opens. Calendly may set its own cookies then. Opening the page sends your IP address and browser details to Calendly. We hide Calendly's own cookie banner in the embed. This policy is the only notice we give you before the calendar loads. We do not control Calendly's cookies. If you would rather not receive them, block third-party cookies in your browser or email us to arrange a call instead.

Phone number fields show country flags from files on our own site. They contact no one else.

4. Provider Information

5. Other Ways to Manage Cookies

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser:

For step-by-step help and opt-out links see our Cookie FAQ page.

6. What Cookies Collect

  • Analytics cookies tie what you do on the Website to an identifier for your browser. That is personal data in many countries. We treat it as personal data and ask for your consent first. We do not use it to identify you by name.
  • Data collected through cookies is handled under our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this policy when our cookies, the law or our business change. The Effective Date and Version show the current policy. If we add a new kind of cookie we will ask for your choice again.
