Refund & Cancellation Policy | Zunderdog LLP

At Zunderdog LLP, we provide custom web and mobile development, AI & automation, digital marketing, UI/UX design, backend/cloud services, and other professional digital solutions. All work is customized and tailored to client requirements, which means refunds are generally not provided once a project or service has commenced.

This policy covers service payments, GST compliance for Indian clients, merchandise (if applicable), and legal protections.

1. Service Payments & Project Commencement

  • Once work begins — including design, development, deployment, or digital marketing campaigns — payments are non-refundable.
  • If the project is billed in milestones, each milestone payment is non-refundable once work for that milestone has commenced or been delivered.
  • This ensures fair compensation for the resources, time, and expertise allocated to your project.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

  • Clients may cancel before project commencement.
  • Partial refunds may be considered after deducting any administrative, preparatory, or consultation costs incurred by Zunderdog.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

3. GST Compliance (India Clients)

  • For payments originating in India, the GST component cannot be refunded once filed with the government.
  • All service payments are exclusive of GST, which will be charged as applicable.

4. Merchandise & Physical Products

If Zunderdog sells physical products or branded merchandise in the future:

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Return Process: Contact support@zunderdog.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible unless the return is due to a Zunderdog error.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or client bank account within 60 days after inspection.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All work, including designs, code, and creative assets, remains the property of Zunderdog until full payment is received.
  • Partially completed work in case of cancellation is not released to the client and remains the intellectual property of Zunderdog.

6. Non-Refundable Expenses

Any third-party costs (domains, hosting, stock assets, licenses) purchased on the client’s behalf are non-refundable, even if the project is cancelled.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all content, approvals, and required inputs promptly.
  • Delays caused by the client do not extend eligibility for refunds and may affect project timelines.

8. Project Scope & Dispute Resolution

  • Projects are delivered according to the agreed scope and proposal. Additional requests outside this scope may incur extra charges.
  • Concerns or disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery of each milestone.
  • Legal disputes will be governed by Indian law, with venue and jurisdiction exclusively in Goa courts.

9. Force Majeure

Zunderdog is not liable for delays, failure to deliver, or other issues caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

10. Transparent Communication

  • Clients will receive regular updates and milestone reports.
  • Any concerns regarding deliverables should be raised promptly to allow for resolution within the project timeline.
