Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Website

• You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
• Give accurate, current and complete information when you submit a form or use a tool.
• You agree not to:
  • Reach the Website through unauthorized means or get around its security
  • Collect data with scrapers, bots or other automated tools (other than the tools we offer, used as they are meant to be)
  • Use the Website to spread malicious software, spam or illegal content
  • Overload the Website or its tools or interfere with how they work

2. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, logos, trademarks, software and materials on the Website are owned by Zunderdog LLP or its licensors. Other names and logos, such as those of clients and partners, belong to their owners.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent. You may view the Website and print or share a page for your own non-commercial use.

3. Free Tools

• The Website offers free tools such as the UI/UX Auditor and Find My Domain. Their results, scores and suggestions are general information. Some are produced with AI and may be wrong or out of date. They are not professional, legal or technical advice. Domain suggestions do not mean a name is free to register or safe to use as a trademark. Check before you act on them.
• Enter only public websites. Do not use a tool to attack, overload or scrape a site. The UI/UX Auditor looks at the public page you name and passes a screenshot or part of its code to the third parties listed in our Privacy Policy.
• We may change, limit or withdraw a free tool at any time.

4. Third-Party Services and Links

• The Website uses third-party services: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept analytics cookies), a Google Map (only when you ask for it) and a Calendly booking calendar on one page. The providers that receive your personal data are listed in our Privacy Policy. The Website links to other websites too.
• We are not responsible for third-party services or websites or their privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply and we encourage you to read them.

5. Your Data and Cookies

• How we collect, use and protect your personal information, including transfers outside India, is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those documents (not these Terms) are where we ask for any consent we need.

6. Our Services Are Separate

• These Terms cover use of the Website. They are not an offer to provide services. Paid work is governed by the proposal or agreement you sign or accept in writing with us. Our proposals and invoices say which version of our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the work. If that agreement and the policy conflict, the signed agreement wins.

7. No Warranties

• The Website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows we give no warranty that they are accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code.
• Content on the Website is general information and not advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent the law allows, Zunderdog LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or for loss of data, revenue or business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Website or its tools.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct or any right you have as a consumer.

9. Indemnity

• You agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs Zunderdog LLP suffers from a third-party claim to the extent that claim is caused by:
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Website or its tools
  • Your breach of the law or a third party's rights through your use of the Website

10. Suspension

• We may suspend or end your access to the Website or to a tool straight away if:
  • You breach these Terms
  • You do something prohibited or harmful
  • The law requires us to

11. Governing Law and Courts

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• The courts in Goa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these Terms or the Website. Before starting proceedings, please write to us first. We will try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.
• Where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else, as a consumer for example, that right stays.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the Effective Date shown above. For a change that matters we post it on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect.
• Using the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Events Beyond Our Control

Zunderdog LLP is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action and widespread power or internet outages.

14. General

• If a part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away that does not mean we have given it up.
• These Terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement about your use of the Website. They do not replace the agreement for paid work (section 6).
