About ZunderFlow
ZunderFlow is Zunderdog's own SaaS product: a B2B ordering platform that sits between a manufacturer's or distributor's dealers and its ERP.
It's built and maintained by the same engineering team we put behind every client engagement, led by founder Zubin Souza, who spent 15+ years at eBay-PayPal, Freshworks, MoEngage and the State Bank of India before starting Zunderdog.
The challenge
- Dealer orders arrived scattered across WhatsApp, calls and email.
- Nothing governed prices, credit or approvals between the dealer and the ERP.
- Manufacturing and distribution clients kept bringing us the same problem as a one-off brief.
What we built
Rather than build it again for each client, we built ZunderFlow as a product, on the same principles and stack we use for client work. It works as one connected system in four layers.
Dealer interface
A branded web portal and native Android and iOS apps for dealers, with real-time prices and stock.
Order governance
Orders from WhatsApp, email, the portal and field sales in one place, with automated pricing, credit checks, approvals and a full audit log.
Fulfilment and delivery
A rider app with live dispatch tracking, ETAs and proof of delivery.
Integrations
Inventory, accounting and ERP sync, GST configuration and an API-first design.
The outcome
ZunderFlow has run in production since 2022 and serves 50+ businesses, most of them live within 72 hours. Produpak runs its customer, business and delivery apps on it.
