Your dealers order by phone, WhatsApp and email. Someone on your team retypes every order. We replace that with ordering apps, portals and automation connected to Tally, your ERP and your CRM, built for you or running on ZunderFlow, our own B2B ordering platform.
Produpak: +30% revenue60% faster order-to-delivery

Client results
Produpak's customers, team and drivers each got their own branded ZunderFlow app. Orders that came in by phone and WhatsApp now go from the first tap to the doorstep in one flow.
Manufacturing and distribution case study: ProdupakMost manufacturers don't sell through a checkout. Dealers, distributors and retailers reorder by phone, WhatsApp and email. Someone on your team retypes each order into Tally or the ERP, checks the price and the dealer's credit and chases dispatch.
We take the manual work out of that chain. Your dealers get an app or portal to order from. Orders that still arrive by message are captured automatically. Prices, stock and dispatch stay in step with the systems you already run. And when new buyers find you on Google, your website sends them into the same flow.
Dealer orders scattered across calls, WhatsApp and email
A dealer app or portal gives every dealer one place to see their prices, place orders and track them, with no retyping on your side.
Orders retyped into Tally or the ERP by hand
We connect ordering to Tally, your ERP and your CRM. Orders, stock and price lists then move without anyone keying them in again.
No clear view of pricing, credit and dispatch
Price lists, credit limits, approvals and dispatch status sit in one place, with a view of orders by dealer and region.
A website that undersells decades of industrial credibility
We turn certifications, plant capacity, product ranges and client logos into a catalogue that wins trust with procurement teams.
If your regular dealers reorder by phone, WhatsApp and email, they need self-serve ordering. There are two ways to give it to them.
Produpak, a fruit and vegetable wholesaler, took the ZunderFlow route with three branded apps: one for its customers, one for its team and one for its drivers. Its revenue grew 30% and order-to-delivery got 60% faster, in under 90 days.

Most of the manual work in dealer ordering sits between an order arriving and the goods leaving. These are the steps we automate first.
Orders that arrive by WhatsApp or email are captured as structured orders, ready to approve. Nobody retypes them.
Each order is priced from the dealer's own price list and checked against their credit limit before anyone approves it.
Each order goes to the right person for approval and on to dispatch. The dealer is told at each step.
Stock, prices and orders stay in step with Tally or your ERP, without anyone keying them in twice.
Orders by dealer, region and product on one dashboard, for your sales and operations teams.
Ordering keeps your regular dealers. Your website wins new ones: distributors, OEM buyers and procurement teams check it before they call.
Sizes, capacities, materials and standards written out on each product page, where buyers can compare them and search engines can read them. A PDF holds the full data sheet.
Large and custom orders start with a quote. The form asks for the product, quantity, delivery location and timing. Your sales team can price the request without a second call.
Certificates, quality processes, plant capacity and the OEMs you supply belong where procurement teams look first. The company behind Shakti, GMI Zarhak Moulders, runs three plants, holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification and supplies custom-moulded parts to OEMs such as Volvo, John Deere and Atlas Copco.
Each product and range gets its own page, title and description, with structured data. Buyers searching for that product can find it. Shakti Tanks saw stronger Google rankings after its rebuild.
Buyers who don't order from you directly need their nearest dealer. Shakti's finder lists its dealers across Goa, filterable by taluka and town, each with a phone number and directions.
Dealers and customers check a spec or send an order from their phones. Every page is designed for a phone first and tested on tablets and desktops.
For three decades, Shakti Tanks has made roto-moulded products in Goa, from water tanks to septic tanks, composting bins and material storage, sold mostly through distributors and dealers. Before the rebuild, customers couldn't easily browse the range or ask for a quote, the site had plenty of room to grow on Google and the interface needed refining.
We rebuilt shaktiindia.com from the ground up as a brand website. The results came in under 90 days: orders via the website tripled and web engagement rose 60% in the first month.
Shakti's black and yellow on every page, a hero that shows the whole range around a home and edited product photography.
16 products in three ranges, each with sizes, colours and accessories, plus warranty charts and installation guides to download.
Shakti's dealers across Goa, filterable by taluka and town.
Distributors and customers pick the products they need or ask about a dealership, repairs, accessories or a custom part.
Built for phones first, then structured and written to rank on Google.
We don't publish prices because every manufacturer's project is different. We quote each one after a scoping call. Quotes are free.
The quote lists what you get, what it costs and how long it takes. These are the things that move it.
ZunderFlow is the quicker route. A custom portal is a bigger build: logins, dealer-specific prices, credit limits and order history, all made for your process.
Each system the portal or app talks to adds work. We scope it after seeing what your system exposes.
How many channels orders arrive through (WhatsApp, email, field sales) and how many approval steps each order goes through.
How many products and ranges, how much specification data, whether spec sheets and photos are ready and whether you need a dealer finder and order forms.
Apps for Android and iOS are built with React Native or Flutter. Portals and websites use React and Next.js, with Node.js or Python behind them. PostgreSQL or MySQL hold product, price and dealer data. Tally, ERPs and CRMs connect through their APIs or data exports. Your team edits website content in a content manager such as Strapi or Sanity (or WordPress, if you already use it). Everything runs on AWS, Google Cloud or Vercel.
Here's how we help manufacturers and distributors take the manual work out of ordering.

Zunderflow helped us move from a traditional workflow to a fully digital business. Our customers love the app, and internally, we’re saving hours every week. It’s changed how we operate.
Co-founder, Produpak
ZunderFlow goes live within 72 hours as standard. A custom dealer portal or ERP integration typically takes 8–12 weeks or more, depending on the systems involved. A brand and catalogue website takes 4–6 weeks.
We start with how dealers and buyers order today, where your prices and stock live and what each order goes through before dispatch. You get a scope and a free quote.
ZunderFlow is set up with your brand, products and prices. A custom build starts with designs and a clickable prototype for you to approve. Then we build it and test on phones first.
We load your products, price lists and dealers and connect Tally, your ERP or your CRM.
Start with a pilot group of dealers or one region if you want. Everyone else follows. For a custom build, the code is handed over to you.
A support contract with agreed response times keeps everything secure and fast as your dealer network grows.
With how orders reach you today. Most manufacturers start by giving dealers one place to order from (an app or a portal) and by capturing the WhatsApp and email orders that still come in. ZunderFlow does both and goes live within 72 hours as standard. A custom build suits unusual pricing, approvals or integrations.
Use ZunderFlow if you want dealer ordering running quickly: standard deployments are live within 72 hours. Build a custom portal if your pricing, approvals or integrations are unusual or you want to own the code.
Yes. ZunderFlow gives your dealers a branded ordering app. Produpak's customers, team and drivers each have one of their own. With a custom portal, we can build Android and iOS apps alongside it.
Yes. We connect to ERPs, Tally and CRMs through their APIs or data exports. Orders, stock and prices then move without anyone retyping them. ZunderFlow has live connectors for Tally and Zoho Inventory. For a custom build, we scope each integration after seeing what your system exposes.
No. Most manufacturers gain the most by connecting what they already have: ordering for dealers in front, automation in the middle and integrations into the back office. Tally or your ERP stays your books. We recommend replacing a system only when it is holding you back.
It depends on how many dealers you have, how your prices and approvals work and which systems it connects to. That's why we don't publish a price list. We quote ZunderFlow and custom builds for each business after a call. Quotes are free.
