1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They help websites remember things and measure how they are used.

• Session cookies: temporary. They disappear when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies: stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
• First-party cookies: set by the website you are visiting (like zunderdog.com).
• Third-party cookies: set by other domains (like Google or Microsoft) whose tools a website uses.

2. Which Cookies Does Zunderdog Use?

• Before you choose: no analytics cookies. The Website remembers a few things you did, such as your answer to the banner and whether you have seen our enquiry pop-up. They are listed in the Cookie Policy.
• If you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (counts visits and shows where people come from) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replays that show how people use a page). Clarity also sets cookies on Microsoft's own domains. Microsoft says one of them, MUID, is used for its advertising and analytics too.
• Advertising and targeting cookies of our own: none. We do not use tracking pixels from social networks or ad platforms.
• Embeds: the Google Map on the contact and Goa pages loads only when you click "Show the map". The founder's consultation page shows a Calendly calendar the moment it opens. Calendly may set its own cookies then. We hide Calendly's own cookie banner in the embed.

Analytics cookies carry an identifier for your browser. We treat that as personal data and do not use it to find out who you are.

3. Why Do You Use Analytics?

• To see which pages people read and where they leave
• To find pages that confuse people or load slowly and fix them
• To learn which services attract the most interest

4. How Do I Change My Choice?

• Click Cookie settings here or in the footer of our pages and then choose Reject or Accept.
• If you reject after accepting, we remove the analytics cookies on this site's own domain and reload the page. Your browser may keep a few cookies on Google or Microsoft's own domains. Clear them in your browser settings.
• We ask again after 12 months or if we add a new kind of cookie.

5. How Do I Block or Delete Cookies in My Browser?

• Google Chrome: Manage cookies in Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox: Manage cookies in Firefox
• Safari (macOS): Manage cookies in Safari
• Microsoft Edge: Manage cookies in Edge

To delete all cookies by hand: open your browser settings, find Privacy or Security, choose Clear browsing data, tick Cookies and site data and confirm. This signs you out of other websites and resets saved preferences.

6. Opt-Out Tools From the Providers

• Google Analytics: Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Microsoft: Privacy Dashboard (see and manage the data Microsoft holds about you)

7. What Happens to the Data?

• We do not sell it. We do not share it for advertising, apart from the Microsoft identifier described above.
• Google Analytics keeps it for up to 14 months. Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days and some for up to 9 months. Then it is deleted or turned into anonymous totals.
• It is handled under our Privacy Policy, which also explains your rights and how to reach our Grievance Officer.

8. What If I Disable Cookies?

The Website works the same, apart from the private client demos, which need one sign-in cookie. We just lose the counts and replays that help us improve it. Disabling the cookies of embedded content may stop the map or the booking calendar from working fully.
